Having taking out a contract with cell c on wednesday 18 th se ptember 2013, I've been having issues with the internet and endless problems with the agents from the cell c call center, which was still not resolved by cell c, having spoken to a manager named kurt, he has given me a time frame of 24 to 48 hours and my issue with cell c is still not resolved. A
after speaking to cindy in kzn, gave me a whole lot of attitude in the half an hour I spoke to her, I therefore asked to speak to a manager and was told that there were no managers on the floor. after still insisting on speaking to her manager, she hangs up on me. I therefoer called cell c again and they advised me that the technical department was closed and the billing department does not work over the weekend, despite being a very unhappy customer from over the weekend I still called cell c on monday, according to the agent sibusiso they dont have a billing department that I can speak to. I have had a terrible experience with these particular agents in cell c and would like cell c to take action against these agents, I will also like to compensated for not only my data and airtime but also all my time spent on the phone.
