MTN Train your staff Please

Someone took the contract phone using my ID number and details(), So yesterday i went to Westgate MTN to get the all the information on where did this happened and where was the phone delivered all those details but Nonhlanhla couldn't give me all those details, she just told me that the system doesn't have all those information and i asked how cause she could see that I was owing them. Actually she made me feel that she had crooked someone before I thought all the service providers work the same, they capture their client information on the system. I was disappoint.

I am not MTN customer and i don't think i will ever be after what i heard yesterday.
