Personal Information sent to a strange

FNB sent all my personal information to a complete stranger. ID, Contact details, address, salary etc. The stranger luckily informed me of this and even sent me the email sent to her with my details. This happened yesterday and despite FNB saying they are dealing with it I would have thought it would have been resolved yesterday as a matter of urgency. I want answers.
