Unable to close account & refund since 2011

I terminated my cell contract with Nashua Mobile on 07/12/11 and received reference 6840801 from Priya Narainsamy via email. This was not done. The contract amount was still deducted from my account every month. On 06/04/12 Juli-Anne Van Niekerk confirmed via email that the account would be closed & that R600 which was overcharged would be refunded to me. Email follow ups with Juli-Anne every month until July 2012. No resolution. I called the call center nearly every month to try and resolve with no success. I since told Nashua call center that the refund owed to me could be cancelled, if this would assist the process of account closure. On 07/08/13 Pieter Eillers confirmed via email that the account termination and close off was again requested to the Accounts Department & confirmed to be actioned. Today I again received a statement via email showing that the account is still active and that Nashua owes me money. I'm fed up with spending time trying to resolve this problem. Nashua Mobile is clearly incompetent to say the least.
