I gave all required details to get a quote.. twice-since the agent had to call back as their system wasn't working, had to re-verify details. I then took up cover based upon the telephonic quote I was given. I also cancelled cover with my current provider. Later, I noticed that on the policy schedule, several details I'd verified with the agent were incorrect. I called in to rectify that, which bumped up my premium. I informed them I thought this was unfair, since it isn't my fault their system or agent were not working correctly, I tried on 2 occasions to give them the correct information, and that I took my initial telephonic quote as a verbal contract which they ought to honor. It was implied I was lying that I gave the correct information, to which I asked they simply listen to the recordings. The agents I spoke to about this rudely asked I just forward my original quote to the client care e-mail. Which I did, including posing several other questions on 08 April. I still haven't received any feedback, and on calling the call centre now, have been told that no action regarding this has been taken, and my e-mail would be forwarded on again to the client care manage
