Not giving me information but requesting details f

After receiving another phone call from this company i now know they do not know what they doing. They phoned me requesting details of the network the billing was made from. Now what i do not understand is that the network they want to deduct this money from has got nothing to do with Autopge. The details i requested can not be given to me due to company policy but they request details from me well that is against my policy and to top it all they acquired this information from my I.D number illegally as i had to put it on this site. Autopage if you can give me my information i will give you yours but for now i will contact my other cell phone company who i have been with for more than ten years and ask them if this is legal what you are planning to do
