REFUSE TO REPAIR PHONE UNDER WARRENTY

Hi,

I got a blackberry 9800 from Mtn on contract after sometime I started experiencing problems with the buttons of the phone falling off I complaint about this at Mtn repair centre in Montaque Garden where I was told to take it up with blackberry South Africa and complain about the qaulity with them. About 3weeks ago my phone stopped working completly I then again took it in for repairs where it was taken in, 2 days after that I got a call that there will be charging me R2000 for repairs claiming that my phone had phyical damages (buttons falling off due to qaulity problems)

I later laid a complaint about this with the CIP TEAM, its been 2weeks now and all I got from them is a Ref no #6967776 . I curently have 6 phones for my entire household on contact with blackberry under my name and feel like i' m just ignored and left with out any help. Its almost a month now and I"m left with out a phone as my phone is still currently at the repair centre. I really think it is unexceptable to bay for repairs on a phone that is still under warrenty.

All i want is assitence on this matter as it is really starting to inconveniencing my life.
