MTN - NO SERVICE!!!

I took my blackberry torch in for repairs at the above centre. microphone and screen not working. was told my phone is not economical to repair - it is still under warrant as it is a contract. they are refusing to replace my phone and claiming my phone has been tampered with. The Blackberry was given to me by the Repair Centre last year some time. Motlatsi who promised to give me feedback has not even bothered to contact me. i have tried over the last 2 days to get this sorted with no joy. Either replace my phone or cancel my contract!!
