REPAIRS CENTER IS DISGUSTING

On the 4 november i had taken in my Blackberry 9360 for repairs. The trackpad was faulty amongst a few other damages such as the volume buttons and memory card problems. I could live with these problems but the track pad needed to get fixed. In the time after i gave my phone, i continously received sms's telling me that it had been sent t repairs center, then advanced repair center! which i think is a whole lot of nonsense! Then received a msg stating that my phone cannot be prepared and will be sent back. When I enquired about this, they said the quotation had been denied and i should find out from the branch i gave the phone too. The technical guy said he will get back to me but NEVER did. Now on the 28 November i receive an sms saying my phone is been sent to nelspruit. When i called in to the branch, they said i had to pay R2000, 00 to have my phone repaired. This is RIDICULOUS!!! My phone is still under warranty and it doesnt charge R2000, 00 to repair! I would rather get a new phone! Vodacom must be crazy to think I will pay this money. I need to end this contract asap
