Not willing to Honour Warrenty

The top row of buttons on my BlackBerry 9320 stopped working. I took the contracted phone to Vodacom to be repaired under the Warrenty of the phone. Booked the phone in with them on the 1/04/2013, the next week they SMS's to say the phone is gone to advanced repair centre. Now after 3 weeks they decide that they won't pay for the repairs and decided to blame it on the phone getting wet, yet I know I didn't get the phone wet at all. In my view they are just trying to get out of the warrenty on the phone by saying that I wet the phone. If I had wet the phone they wouldn't have needed to send it for advanced repairs to determine that the damage was due to water. I can tell you now that I will not be renewing my contract with Vodacom when this one expires.
