MTN DOES NOT DELIVER ON WARRANTY

I currently have a BLACKBERRY TORCH 9800 which was taken out in July 2011 on contract. During January 2013 I started having complications with the device. There was major software problems which caused my app world to disappear making it impossible to upgrade or install applications. The phone began to freeze continuously and reboot at any time. Then the lights stopped working on the keys and the camera was capturing pictures with vertical black lines running down. I took the phone back to the same store to send it for repairs.
I advised the sales rep of all the issues regarding my phone and it was noted on the repair check in sheet. About a month later, I received an sms stating my phone was ready for collection. Upon collection of my phone, I took it home to find that none of the problems was fixed and as well as new problems arised. The phone was not charging and I could not access my Blackberry messenger. I then had to take my phone back for check in for repairs 2 days later. I feel this is highly poor service of MTN to return my phone unfixed and left without a phone for almost 3 months. What is the point of having a 2 year warranty if MTN cant even commit to it.
