Re: Repair of my Blackberry 9800 took my Blackberry into the Vodacom World repairs department on Sunday the 10/02/2013 as my blackberry for almost a year has been giving me problems. The middle scroll button is faulty... it moves on its own dials on its own... the screen also Snows up u cant see anything and it freezes and takes a long time to switch back on. I took it in for repairs and was told it would take 7 to 14 working days to fix/ repair otherwise i will get a new phone... i got a call today on the 11/02/2013 frm a technician telling me that Vodacom could not fix my phone but will give me a " refurbished" phone... I am UNHAPPY & DISGUSTED for the mere fact that i pay a huge subscription every month. Its not my fault that the phone given to me when i opened the contract would break after a year and although under WARRANTY i would be told that i would get a refurbished phone. So it seems that vodacom circulates defected phones amongst their loyal customers. I will now get somebody elses defected / repaired phone and someone else will get mine and so on and so on..Is this what Vodacom is up to..I am sorry this is unacceptable and i want this escalated and sorted out immediately
