Fourth repair, same problem with no exchange!!!

I've been a client of Vodacom for 8 years now. I have four contracts with them and an average bill of R4000 a month. On the 27th of feb 2013 I upgraded my one contract for a blackberry z10. I was hesitant to get another blackberry as I had a lot of problems with my previous blackberry but the sales consultant assured me that the new blackberry is better. After 4 days of using my new blackberry it started giving me problems. I returned it within the 7 day cool down period and asked for a different brand phone. Vodacom repairs centurion refused and sent it in for repairs. After the third time of sending it in to repairs and not getting a different brand phone I took my phone to vodaworld. Same problem!!! No exchange for a different brand phone! This is a R1000 business contract!!! I have been paying this new Vodacom contract now for 3months and still no phone. My broken phone has now been with vodaworld for 2 weeks and still no solution. I just keep on getting sms's everyday to say that my phone is booked in at the advanced repair centre. I mail them everyday and no reply. This is ridiculous!!! I want my contract cancelled and don't want to do business with Vodacom ever again or BB
