TIred of MTN messing me around!

I've been trying to receive my mms online for over an hour now but the url I was sent takes me to one page and no matter wha select it returns to that page! This is costing me time and money and when I phone the call centre they are always busy or are not sure what to do! So tired of this horrible service.
