I NEED MY ACCOUNT BACK!!

I have an account with 8ta (internet wireless modem) and they have been great until today. Tribal Wars is an online game that I have played for the past 5 months and all of a sudden it doesn't want to load The Tribal Wars page. It loads anything except Tribal Wars page. I have tried my modem on all the computers in our home and still it doesn't want to load Tribal Wars page. But when I try my mum's 8ta modem, then it works. The page also works on my phone. So it is not my PC or Tribal wars itself. It's my 8ta. I need this problem to be fixed as soon as possible because we are busy with something big on tribal wars and I need my modem to load the page. I have also uninstalled my modem and install it again but still nothing.
