Vodacom and Woza Online is a shambles

We have a webpage with Woza Online / Vodacom. Our web page has disappeared off the net. We put a lot of work into the web page. When we contact their support via e-mail, we are told to phone to call centre. After holding on for almost an hour, we still had no response.
Please would somebody supply some service so that we can sort out the problem. We received numerous e-mails saying we would be sent a password to register, but no such e-mail ever arrived. We cannot be expected to re-register and redo all the work already done.
