WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

I cancelled my data contract in Nov 2012. Vodacom however continued billing me. I detected the problem in July (ref no. S3-TVZ99-9GIK). I've subsequently spoken to Prishalin (16 Aug), Nomfuso (23 Aug), Prenisha (23 Aug) and Lisa (29 Aug). The legal dept have assured me that the amount in credit will be used to settle my oustanding account. But my line has been suspended 3 times already. I'm a widow with an 8yr old. I can't afford not to have access to my cellphone or be able to make calls. Last Thursday, the lady PROMISED me that they were watching my account to ensure that it will not be disconnected ever again, but ALAS, it's been disconnected... and VODACOM OWES ME MONEY!!! Seriously, I've been a Vodacom client for at least 10 years and this is the treatment that I have to be subjected to! I've now spoken to Europa too, whose promised to unlock my line AGAIN!!! SERIOUSLY VODACOM, not only are you the most expensive service provider but your CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You over-promise and NEVER DELIVER!
