AS PER MY PREVIOUS REPORT SIPHO FROM THE ESCALATION DEPT DID CONTACT ME HOWEVER HE WAS RUDE IN THE SENSE THAT I EXPLAINED MY ISSUE AND HE TOLD ME THAT IF WE PAY OUR ACCOUNTS WE WOULD NOT HAVE AN ISSUE WHICH BRINGS ME RIGHT BACK TO THAT SUBJECT THAT ON THE 20 AUGUST 2013 I HAVE MADE PAYMENT FOR THE 5 CONTRACTS THAT I DO HAVE, I ADMIT I WAS LATE WITH THE PAYMENT HOWEVER THE PAYMENTS WERE NOT EVEN ALLOCATED TO MY ACCOUNTS!!! I WENT INTO THE BLUFF STORE IMMEDIATELY AFTER MAKING THE PAYMENT AND THE DEPOSIT SLIPS WERE SENT TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT STILL THE INCOMPETENT STAFF OF CELL C CANNOT DO WHAT THEY SHOULD BE DOING. THROUGH THEIR ACTIONS ONE OF MY LINES IS NOW "HOT LINED" AND THE PAYMENTS FOR JULY IS ADDED TOGETHER WITH AUGUST AFTER ME PAYING!!! ALSO SIPHO SHOULD GET HIS FACTS STRAIGHT BEFORE ASSUMING THAT I DO NOT PAY MY ACCOUNTS WHICH TO ME IS OFFENCIVE, SEEMS LIKE THIS COMPANY HAS EMPLOYED A BUNCH OF CLOWNS INSTEAD OF STAFF BECAUSE WHEN WE CALL CUSTOMER CARE EVERYONE IS ENGAGING IN THEIR OWN CONVERSATIONS WHILST WE ON THE LINE AND THIS IS WHY WE AS CUSTOMERS DO NOT GET THE SERVICE THAT WE SHOULD BE BUT IF WE MISS A PAYMENT THEY ARE VERY FAST TO SEND A SMS AND SUSPEND MY ACC
