Online Registration Erro

I tried to register online on 25th Jan 2013. At the last page, I clicked the submit button and nothing happened. I waited a minute or two and then clicked submit again and nothing. I reloaded the page and then tried to proceed but the whole page said "error". I went through the online registration again more than 5 times and it kept coming back to the error page and wouldn't allow me to go any further. I submitted the feedback to the webmaster as requested in the error block and haven't heard anything since. I need to be registered asap, it's not my fault that the submit button would not "submit"
