I called 8ta yesterday to decrease my limit and I was advised that I it can only take effect on the 1 June. I am so tired of the bull service that this company gives. I called in March they told me the same it will only be effective 1 April when I called to confirm this it was not decreased. So I need to know when do you call for this limit to be decreased. I have sent through a complaint on the 23 April in regards with this I still have had no feed back from 8ta. When I called yesterday Gugu took my call and gave ME the same story, it will only take effect next month when I asked for her team leader (who was conveniently busy on a cal) l when I said I would hold till he takes the call the call was eventually dropped in my ear by Gugu. When I called back I spoke to a friendly and helpful Leon Pillay who advised that he would call me back I am still waiting. I am tired of 8ta and would feel better knowing that the money I spend on them on a monthly basis was going to the poor because they would appreciate my money more than 8ta does. I am really fed up and really have nothing but regrets for getting involved with this company.
