Skirting the issue!!!

I was contacted by Vodacom to change my package to a better package 4 months ago (been with Vodacom for over 10 years) till my contract expires June 2014. I did this and then all of a sudden my phone number is subscribing to all sorts of "Content Services"... i have asked for help to no avail... they finally unsubscribe me as i can't do this as my phone is now blocked. My account is up to date except for this "content services" and when they started this package which included sms and data = they forgot to cancel my existing data and sms bundles... so they charged me for both although they should not have.

I have begged for help and advice whether to change my sim or number in order to prevent this and they refuse to advise me; I have asked to be reverted back to my original package which they have now done, i can't use this as my phone is blocked.

I have a long email trail ranging over the past 2 months,

I wanted them to refund me my data and sms money that I paid additional.and advise me on what to do to stop this hijacking of my phone. However, enough is enough... now I want my contract canelled and i will go to another service provider.
