Not happy about Blackberry Z10

I got a Blackberry Z10 on contract in Mid March and I am entirely unhappy with the phone. Since last week BBM does not work and nothing I do seems to fix it. I am just unhappy all round... with the phone and with the contract.
The contract give 75mb of data every month. It goes so quickly and yet I am hardly doing anything at all. I do not download content from the net. The only data i use is for emails. There are so many glitches on the OS.

This has not been a positive experience at all. I wish to change the phone for a different one and to get a better package. I am so disillusioned with Vodacom right now. Its like I am on my own and this is not their problem.
