Terrible reception and dropped calls!

My wife and I both switched to Cell C because of the cheap deals and low call rates. Both of which would be great if we could actually get decent reception. Every single day we both have problems making calls and receiving calls. When trying to make a call the line just goes dead and says call ended. If i do eventually get through, 7 times out of 10 the call will be dropped before I can finish. At least 5 times a day i get a text saying that i have had missed calls from people while my phone has been on and supposedly has full signal. Several calls to customer care and visits to the Northgate branch have not helped at all, they try and blame it on the phone which is not the case as there are 2 of us with the same problem and I have tried a different phone - no difference!

The last straw was this morning when my wife's car broke down on the side of the road and we could not get hold of each other, goes straight to voice mail. Only after more than 20 attempts did I get through. This is unacceptable considering that I live in Randburg and work in Sandton, surely there should not be signal problems in these areas!

All i want is to cancel both contracts!
