TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have 3 contracts with vodacom.
I sent my blackberry in for repairs. i called the sandton repair centre to find out how far is the repair when I was informed that my phone cannot be repaired due to water damage. How is this possible when the phone was never near any water or how does this cause the phone to switch off or the battery to be low when it is fully charged. Vodacom repairs is lazy to repair the phone and i intend on switching all my contracts to MTN.

The network is terrible in my area.

I am highly disappointed with the service especially because I take out contracts because if I have any problems with the phone it WILL BE REPAIRED!!!
