STILL WAITING FOR MY CELLPHONE AFTER 2 MONTHS!!!

I handed a blackberry that is on contract in for repairs at Vodacom Westgate mid December 2012. I received an sms after 3 weeks informing me I could collect the phone. When I arrived (early Jan), I was told that the phone had liquid damage. Now I have 5 contracts with vodacom, and this was the 3rd time I was told that they could not repair a blackberry because of liquid damage. I refused to accept the outcome, as this seems to be the standard reply, and I knew for a fac the phone was never close to water. The consultant, Leroy, told me it could be sweat from my hands!! I insisted that they get a second opinion, and the store manager was called. He said they would have to contact the repair centre and request the photos that show liquid damage. I have been back to the store twice since then, and they still have not got an answer for me. They have had my phone for 2 months, and I am still waiting, absolutely shocking! This is not the first time I have had terrible service from the Westgate Vodacom store (next to GAME). PLEASE CAN SOMEONE THAT KNOW HOW TO GIVE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE GET BACK TO ME!!!
