At the end of July and August we had no server due to overload. Last week our emails bounced back and we had to spend several hours contacting Afrihost and deleting the setup and setting up anew. Great inconvenience to change all machines, phones etc. This week we had the same problem again and had to reset everything with the same inconvenience. I tried to call and speak to a manager. I called six times and each time was put through to a voice mail. This is a company which hides behind dozens of difference call people and no superior is available to take a complaint. It is as though the technical department are guessing and try various options which takes up time and does not make for peace of mind. One call person does not confirm what the other call person did to fix the problem and proceeds to undo it and then configures it a different way. I would not recommend this company and I would be happy to hear from the boss!
