Had enough with MTN and their terrible service!

On 9/1 I took my Blackberry in for repairs, it kept switching off. They sent it to their repair cantre, we had to phone to see if it was ready- noone bothered to contact us. On 20th we fetched the phone and were informed it just needed a software upgrade. I then had even worse problems, phone still switching off - rebooting and switching off. I took it back to same branch and was insulted with a bad attitude from assistant (Cape Gate Branch). I took it to repair center (Montaque Gardens) myself on 25/1 and was told that they would contact me no later than Monday morning 10h00 - I am still waiting for the call. I phoned Call center repairs and was informed that according to their records the phone NOW has water damage and cannot be repaired. I informed them that my phone has not been dropped in liquid and was told by their supervisor that it is possibly because I live on the coast, there is a risk of getting water in the phone because of the humidity!!! No-one wants to take rsponsibility and they very quickly pass the buck. Various friends/colleagues have same problem with their blackberry -surely NOT ALL OF THEM have water damage? My phone is not 1 year old but I still have to pay
