Bad network coverage and no resolution offered

I entered into a new contract with cell C after believing their adverts and thinking their rates are good. Unfortunately what they offer in network coverage is not at all what they advertise or are supposed to offer. I need my phone for business purposes and can not afford to have the issues experienced. Most of the time, day or night I can not receive calls or make calls. My phone will show it has signal but the service does not work. I have a smart phone but cant use any of those functions. When I call on Cell C call centre, store, cancellations all I am told is that their Network is congested and I need to roam on Vodacom on 2G, which only works now and then and defeats the purpose of having a smart phone. I need to cancel my contract and port my number to another network, but when I request this all I am told is to roam on Vodacom and complete a coverage questionnaire. Please Cell C, I travel for business all the time an can not afford this kind of service. I live in the middle of Polokwane and have experienced this in Gauteng and the rest of Limpopo. When I call the call centre and ask for a manager, I am promised to receive a return call but I am still waiting.
