Why on earth would a leading cellular supplier advertise next day delivery on a new contract if they cannot deliver on this promise? I applied online for a new S4 contract on Tuesday 03 September at 9am. I was told by a sales consultant that my new application was approved at 09:15 and that the confirmations department would contact me to confirm delivery address before having my phone delivered the next day before 17H00. Well, it is now the end of day 2 and nobody has called me. I have made extensive calls to the 082 1945 number and they can never give me answers or even make contact with this supposed confirmation department. Staff at Vodacom online have this do not give a attitude and tell me i must just be patient. This is really a pathetic show and i would like some form of compensation for the stress, disapointment and total run-around this "service provider" has given me.
