I would like to complain for the accounting errors Telkom made on my account, and thus resulting in my account being suspended.

I moved from ISP to ISP, and during this period, Telkom overcharged me. Now, being the 16th July 2013, my account has been suspended for me failing to pay my account. I have only a line rental with Telkom which amounts to something like R150-00 per month due to Telkom. I have paid R300-00 a month (more than I should) to avoid suspension as I can see that Telkom does not know what the they are doing.

After having a lengthy and heated debate with TC Williams on the phone, he acknowledged that Telkom made an error on their side, but I was to pay the outstanding fee (of which is an inaccurate amount in error they made) to have my line reconnected. So in retrospect, after speaking to Telkom, i don't actually owe them any money, something like R25-00 is only due on the 25th July 2013 but they suspended my account today?

Just another failure from our wonderful dominant Telkom. They clearly apologized for making the mistake, but they will not reconnect my line (even though I overpaid them every month). I wish they could just shove it, but we have no choice
