Consisten suspension of account!!!

I signed an AOD in January 2013. Since then I have had ENDLESS issues:

March: Cell C cancelled debit order for 3G card - created a default on payment and I had to pay a lump sum to catch up - their error.

March/April: Credit listed me in error for default on payment. Sent letter to apologise. Created serious personal injury as my name has been blackened - car and home finance declined as a result!

May: Account suspended. No notification on Mother's day weekend. Cell C error - no default. Apologised profusely saying it will never happen again.

End May: Account suspended. No notification. Was told it was a system error on the 31st, Monday 3rd told to send proof of payment - done - still suspended. Tuesday called and hung on for 1/2 hour - resent proof of payment - STILL SUSPENDED.

This mistreatment and consistent error on Cell C side is not acceptable. I have not defaulted on 1 payment to date!!
