SUSPENDED IN ERROR BY MTN!!

My line was suspended in error by MTN. I called in and spoke to Thato Masini to confirm the amount due as I did not want to be legitimately suspended. She advised the amount and I paid immediately. She confirmed that the next payment due is end of December. I asked if I needed to make an arrangement for payment at the end of December so my line does not get suspended before and she advised that it is not necessary as my account is up to date and the next amount due will be at the end of December. This was on 28 November. She did not advise me that the statement closes on 29 November. She did not suggest I wait for the statement to close before I make a payment. Today my line is suspended!!! The first agent I spoke to confirmed my account is up to date. The second agent asked if I would like to increase my credit limit. I have not reached my credit limit so I am not softlocked - THE LINE IS SUSPENDED!!! Every agent I was transferred to confirmed that my account is up to date and I have not reached my credit limit. THATO MASINI ADVISED ME INCORRECTLY, as did each agent thereafter. When does this nightmare with MTN end???
