Worst Customer Service Ever Received

About 4 months ago i called their call-centre to change the banking details for debit-order it was not done and a month later they still attempted to debit the old account and then suspended my line for non-payment. i called again and gave them the new bank details again but still they continued to attempt to debit the old bank account which i can no longer use. i then went in to a Telkom / 8ta store to change them and they assured me this time it was done. but still i remained suspended and they still did not debit my new account. i eventually complained on their Twitter handle last week and got a prompt response and within 24hours they took their debit for all the months outstanding. this was thursday last week and my line is still suspended. i called the call centre yesterday and they said email bank statement showing the debit and you will be reconnected immediately, i dis so and got a reply stating they have sent it to the reconnection department. Today my line is still suspended and i called them again this morning and was told to email it again and i have done so but still i remain suspended and hour later. Their error but i get suspended and then pay but still no joy!!!
