Vodacom ignores complaint and demands money!

This is a follow up report of the 27th of June 2013, refering to a blacklisting. In short, a handset was taken out on contract with Vodacom under the name Izelle Muntingh, me her fiance needed a phone and got 1 on her contract as it was an upgrade. The phone was faulty and reported as such. I followed Vodacom's instructions and returned the phone for repair or replacement. The phone was returned 3 times with the same fault. No action was taken by Vodacom to repair or replace. After the third time returning the handset I requested that the contract be cancelled as the phone was still not repaired and the account was not paid due to this. So no airtime was used and the phone was with Vodacom more than with me. Now after a year Izelle was blacklisted due to this. Still all Vodacom demands is money to settle the account, but the sim number has been given to another customer, apparently this is done 3 or 4 months after a blocked contract simcard has not been settled and this is a Rica'd simcard! All Vodacom is telling me to do is write another complaint or pay the money. I have done what Vodacom asked 3 times! Clear Izelle Muntingh's name and cancel this contract!
