Vodacom Unable to Fulfil Its Side of the Contract

Telecommunications

Since taking a two year internet contract (dongle) a year ago, I have complained on numerous occasions to Vodacom about the poor / intermittent coverage (which was not pointed out to me when I entered into the contract) for the area in which I live (Gordon's Bay).
Despite this, there has been no improvment and I therefore find myself having paid for a year for a contract that has not delivered and am faced with a further year of non-delivery.
My part of the contract, i.e. paying the monthly premium, has been fulfilled. Vodacom however has not fulfilled its side of the contract, i.e. to deliver an internet service.
Vodacom is therefore in breach of contract, according to the Law of Contract, which has forced me to request a termination of said contract. However, despite my repeated emails to them as well as a personal visit to their Contact Center, they have not responded and continue to debit me monthly for a service that I am not receiving (or at best, intermittently).
Will Vodacom now respond, or will it be necessary to litigate?
