VODACOM STEALS FROM THEIR CLIENTS

I took out an extra Month to Month contract on my (then) existing contract. I only took the prescription and NOT THE handset as my main contract was expiring. When I phoned to give notice for the month to month contract, they told me that it is a 24 month contract after I requested a month to month. Now VODACOM is my money, billing me for a subscription that i do not use, and refuse to give my money back and solve this query. this is the second HelloPeter complaint, as they do not come back to me. But yet still bill my account every month. This is unacceptable and due to their incompetence, they are giving me a bad credit name.
I refuse to pay for a subscription which was suppose to be a month to month until the main contract expired. And demand Vodacom to refund me.
