Line cancelled without my knowledge

Today 13 October 2013 at around 16:00 my phone notified me that my sim card is not provisioned. I had to purchase airtime to use another phone to call 8ta customer care. The consultant notified me that my line has been cancelled. I did not cancel my line nor was I notified of any cancellations. So I am paying for a contract that gets cancelled whenever 8ta feels need be. The consultant said that it can take upto 3 days for my line to be active again. Which is absolutely ridiculous as I did not ask for it to be cancelled. I'm unable to use this phone, make or receive calls because of this mess! And i am not willing to wait 3 days.
