Waist of money

As per below Vodacom confirmed that they canncelled the internet contract that was not working and they even collected their USB modem from us. But as expected, they are still debiting our account. Come on Vodacom, do somthing right and sort this out!! Who is going to refund us the money that you are just from us!! This has been an ongoing battle for so long now. Please someone sort this out!!
