Vodacom - bad attitude and bad servicce

I phoned today to enquire as to why each month I have to phone to get my data bundle activated, the person I spoke to was Ricardo, Refused to give surname.??? Major bad attitude.
He went through all the security questions which is normal with a few extra added in, he then preceded to tell me the security checks had failed and that he couldn't't help me I then told him this is not on, as this is my phone number and have had it for over 20 years, I requested he put me through to a manager, He then seemed to fund this funny so he started laughing at me, I then requested his surname which he refused to give, I asked to be put through to a manager he said they are busy I asked for the managers name he gave Jason again I asked for the Surname he refused again, Then he proceeded to find this funny again at this point I was furious.
Turns out the security question I failed was I had three lines and I had said one, I am so disgusted in the way My query was handled, I told Ricardo I was going to report on Hello Peter he said I can do as I please. I will be cancelling all three contracts once they are completed and go to service provider whom puts there customer first. TOTALLY DISGUSTED?
