I have logged several complaints on Hello Peter regarding MTN ranging from incorrect charges, changing the terms of a contract with no agreement midway through the contract, rude call centre operators and pathetic service from Musa at the Sandton City branch. MTN quickly "closes" the Hello Peter reports with promises of the matter being escalated to the Regional Manager. However, that is always where the matter ends. They never contact me to resolve the issues. MTN seems to be one of those companies that thinks it is too large to care. MTN, you need to resolve my issues or I will continue to make these reports.
