Blackberry BIS charge not deleted

I did an upgrade on my contract in July 2013 from a Blackberry to a Samsung device.
The sales consultant who helped me never removed the Blackberry BIS charge from my account. when i reviewed my Vodacom statements this month i noticed i have been getting charged for BIS R59 per month still
I contacted Vodacom on the 20/01/2014 nd spoke to Siphokazi (Ref: 326320971) and requested her to cancel this service again and she said she would submit it to the refunds department and they would contact me in a day or two. I called again on Wednesday 22ndto find out the status of this query / refund and i was advised that it was still in the que.
I have called again now on the 27/01/2014 and spoke to Mandy (ref 327413817) and advised that this query / refund is still pending after 7 days andthere is nothing she can do but send her back office another email. when i asked for her name and Surname she refused to give her surname
i have requested that i get a phone call today for someone to inform me when this query will be concluded and that i was told it would take a day or 2 and currently it has been 7 days now and still no information on this query
