Arrogant, not willing to help me with a sim swop

I called in the call centre to get help with doing a sim swop, however coz I forgot most of the things on that sim card I failed to answer the security question, when I tried asking her how do I go about getting it right coz I need that number she was very arrogant and not willing to help, the way she treated me I felt like she thought I was trying to a number or that I want to use the number for a bad purpose, I then called again and spoke to Jabu whom I did not take his surname, after I failed the security question for the second time he was not also willing to help me retrieve my number back. As much as I understand the reasons for the security question I aslo belive that I am a client that MTN staff must treat us with respect and give good customer service. However I finally spoke to Nombuyiseli and she was willing to help and give advice on how do I go about it since I was struggling to answer the security question well, and I have since faxed the affidavit to MTN and I am waiting for them to respond
