Hi,
Rashieda Jattiem and all the others who have basically to me, please fix your messup.
You qualified me for a contract.
Then delivered me the wrong unit.
Then forced to cancel and then told to reapply.
When I re-applied I was told the contract is declined.
You have promised to fix your messup and supply me the correct contract and phone.
Till now nothing has happened except a lot of.
So please will the person who "claimed" to be helping contact me and tell me what is happening and when can I expect the correct package.
Vodacom needs to be seriously named and shamed for their nonsense and I believe according to the new consumer act it works both ways and the people from Vodacom should in their personal capacitys be charged according to the Consumer Act rules and regulations.
I await your prompt reply and please do not give me your usual rubbish reply of "Thank you for the response..." rather just get someone to give me a proper answer.
