Modem issued in non 3G area

In the beginning of this year I took out a contract with Vodacom for a 3G modem, but I was not in a 3G supported area and so my contract was cancelled. I was promised that the money paid in for the first month of the contract and the activation fee would be refunded to me and that the modem would be collected from me at my place of work due to the inconvenience.

The money has not been paid back to me and I still have the modem. I have emailed numerous times and yet no one has gotten back to me! Please arrange to come fetch the modem and refund me my money ASAP. I am incredibly unhappy that I have had to resort to Hello Peter to get a response!
