After trying in vain to end the contract, Vodacom, in breach of the stipulations of the Consumer Protection Act, point blank refuse to accept my legitimate cancellation.
I was also given a detective phone and, again contrary to what I had been informed, was denied a replacement.
I was also led to understand that the internal rules and regulations are subservient to the Consumer Protection Act.
