MobiMoola contacted me on 07 August 2013 offering me a loan. They took my banking details and said I would receive an sms with details on how to withdraw the money from an ABSA atm within 48hours. I did not receive the sms. I called them on 10 August 2013 to follow up but could not get hold of anyone to speak to. Each time you call their call centre u will hold for 30mins then it just cuts. On the wednesday, I then spoke to Chantel who promised me a manual payment and said something was wrong with their system. I did not receive the payment. I have been following up on this weekly and each time they tell me the payment is on the system and will. On Thurs 22nd August, I requested to cancel, the gentleman refused & promised to have the money in my account by Saturday 24th. I still did not receive anything. On Sun 1 Sept I received a 3 debits from Mobi Moola, One for R250, then one for R99 and another one for R150. I have spent all morning trying to get through, I hold for 20mins and the phone just cuts. Please can someone help, these people must be doing this to a lot of people and they need to be stopped!!
