Hi, after the previous messup where Vodacom supplied me the wrong phone, they eventually got it right not.
However they messed up with 1 thing.
I explained clearly that I have a prepaid number which I want to use on the new phone and the contract number on my old phone.
I asked if I can transfer the Topup value from the contract to the prepaid so that I can convert it to data bundles and they said yes.
Now when I try to do it I find out that I cannot do it, so I call support and they tell me that it is not possible.
So I called the sales people and they said that I never told them this.
So I asked for my recordings so that they can listen to it and they will clearly hear that I did ask for this option.
So why tell me yes then tell me no.
Now the only answer that they tell me is to either cancel the contract or downgrade the package.
If I downgrade then they want to charge me R2950-00 to downgrade from Topup 315 to Topup 49.
Really people listen to what clients ask and as to my problem I want a solution today.
If you want me to downgrade then you pay the cost.
If you want me to cancel then pay me for my losses and inconvenience.
Please you messed up 2x now dont make it a habit.
