Same continuous error on billing account

I got a new phone through Nashua Mobile and got 100 free minutes and 1GB data. I then got a message saying that my service is blocked as I have gone over my limit. I still had lots of minutes and data left. I then received my bill that said I owe an extra amount over R600 because I went over my bill. I called in to Nashua and the consultant recognized the error and fixed it. They then credited that amount to me and stated it on my new statement. I have now received another statement that stated I owe over R400 again as I went over my limit but yet again I have free minutes and data remaining. I called in again and the consultant was not very helpful and stated it will b e corrected, yesterday however that huge incorrect amount went off my account. I cannot see why once again Nashua charges me for what they call 'me going over my limit' where as once again I have loads of free minutes and data still left. Nobody seems to want to assist me either and I have no idea what to do as I fear my new statement will have the same information on it once again
