Billed R3, 250 over call limit by Nashua Mobile

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 from Nashua Mobile (Gateway) in June13 on MTN 200 contract. Knowing that this is a data intensive device, i requested that a call limit be set at R600 which was accepted by the consultant. However, 2months later received a bill for R3, 850. I called in to query how they reached this number and the consultant advised that it was one continuous transaction i.e. 1 download which continued out of bundle and resulted in a cost of R3, 400. I questioned how it is possible to have a bill of R3, 850 when my limit is R600 and the response was "Nashua Mobile call limits are not gauranteed". At no point was this ever explained to me, nor have i ever heard of such a thing from friends/colleagues/media. This very important "condition" would have probably changed my decision to purchase this data intensive device from their store.

I logged a query on the company's website with no response so this is an attempt to get someone's attention beyond tele-consultant level to either establish a system where call limits are in fact call limits OR at least explain this very important R3, 850 condition to your consumers.
