Still being charged on an inactive account

Hi,

My cell number was ported from MTN to Vodacom on 4 July 2013.
I am still being charged a monthly amount of R224 by MTN on an inactive account. Numberous calls to the MTN call centre and emails sent via their website have not been answered.
I received an SMS a few weeks ago promising a refund of the charges, which never materialised.
I have once again been charged R224 this month for an inactive account.

This is absolutely unacceptable. Refund the overcharged amounts and make sure that this account is closed and that no further charges are made against my bank account.
